Everything was fairly clean, met needs. We stayed 3 nights here, even so it was a really really nice experience. The host showed us the property. It was located in a pedestrian area near a historical center, the historic old town of Zadar, and restaurants, fast food outlets and pubs,.

The central location of the apartment was fantastic, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful city of Zadar. We were just a stone's throw away from popular points of interest like Maestrala Beach, Kolovare Beach, and Karma Beach. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was surprisingly peaceful, allowing us to get a good night's sleep.

There was a tub in the private bathroom. Location was marvellous, we were close to Knight's Palace. What's more, it was really close to the historical centre and the old town of Zadar and the city center...

its a comfortable apartment near bus stops, the center of a night life and the old town, close to waterfront, i stayed here with friend. stuff are very amiable people.

I stayed at Apartments & Rooms No.1 and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was clean and tidy with a comfy bed and a strong shower in the ensuite bathroom. The location of the property was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to all the places of interest. The host, Sjmelia, was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to keep our luggage in the hall after check-out. The free WiFi was excellent and the small courtyard provided a relaxing space to unwind. I highly recommend this property for its excellent location, comfortable room, and friendly host.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super, right in the heart of the action. Despite being on a busy street, it's surprisingly quiet. The facilities are jaw-dropping, with everything you could need and they are spotlessly clean. The owner is beyond helpful, providing maps and making check-in a breeze. I would definitely stay here again, no doubt!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. You’ll be just steps away from all the bars and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. the hotel is located in a historic part of town, allowing you to immerse yourself in the rich culture and charm of the area.

The lack of natural light in some of the rooms can be a bit disappointing. The apartments on the ground floor, located in an internal yard, receive very little light, which can make the space feel a bit claustrophobic.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartments & Rooms No.1. The host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our room was ready for an early check-in. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, yet surprisingly quiet. The vintage sewing machine table in our room added a charming touch. The communication with the owner was excellent, and she waited for us despite our delayed arrival. The apartment was clean and decorated with cheerful furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The refrigerator in the room was a bit noisy, so we unplugged it at night. The window opened onto a less appealing courtyard, but we didn't mind since we didn't book the room for the views.

Parking was a hassle.

The shared kitchenette had everything we needed, including coffee cups, tumblers, and wine glasses. The property had a small courtyard, free WiFi, and an excellent location close to restaurants, bars, and a convenience store. The host was lovely and the value for money was unbeatable. Highly recommended.
